Endoscopy is a minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedure that allows direct visualization of internal organs using a thin, flexible telescope equipped with a high-definition video camera.
It enables early detection and treatment of various gastrointestinal conditions without the need for surgical incisions. Endoscopes are introduced through natural openings such as the mouth or anus, providing detailed, real-time images for precise evaluation.
During the same procedure, polyps can be removed, and internal bleeding can be stopped, reducing hospital time and promoting faster recovery.
Beyond diagnosis, endoscopy allows therapeutic procedures such as Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), stent placement, and haemostasis to control internal bleeding — all performed without open surgery.

Having performed several thousand procedures — including Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, and Oesophagogastroduodenoscopy — he ensures each patient receives care with safety, precision, and compassion.
